• Pricing must reflect the actual asking price — no bait-and-switch

• City Real Space reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules

By submitting a property listing, you confirm that you have legal authority to list the property and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5. RERA Compliance Statement

City Real Space operates in full compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). We are registered with the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number AG/GJ/AHMEDABAD/AHMEDABAD CITY / AA04965/010429R1.

City Real Space acts as an intermediary platform connecting buyers, sellers, and renters. We do not own any of the properties listed on our platform. Therefore:

• We are not responsible for any financial loss arising from property transactions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of property descriptions, prices, or availability
• We are not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers
• We recommend all users conduct thorough due diligence before any transaction
• Always verify legal ownership, title deed, and RERA registration independently
